For my final artwork I'll do an identity collage. I plan to use pictures to show my identity. My plan for my landscape is to make a sunset and mountains. I found a video online and I'm trying the tutorial.
My artwork is drawing/painting of my sunglasses. The lenses are blue-green and the background behind the sunglasses is dirty with fingerprints - I did that because not all surfaces are clean. To make my artwork I had to first make a sketch of the glasses frame and then I had to use metallic watercolor paint for the color of the lenses. I used the glasses because they were right in front of me at the time. My goal for this was to learn to use different materials.
while quarantined at home last week i got into a new craft called epoxying i have watched a video and did an art piece using a wooden plaque and i made a night sky and next i am going to put a black silhouette of a man fly fishing with the northern lights like in the drawings that people make of a man fishing on a starry night sky with the northern lights but the difficulty of this artwork is getting all the right colors and getting the shades right using epoxy which has the consistency of glue.
I've been working on different pencil techniques. I envisioned - I can picture a willow tree at night and use that as inspiration for an artwork. I used charcoal to try to make an apple but it didn't work out - Stretch & Explore.
